The park charges a day use fee of $16. So we paid the fee, was directed down to the parking area big enough to handle our rig. It was right on the beach. It was a hot day and the place was swarming with people, swimming, boating, picnicing and having a great time.

The lake itself is 96,600-acres. So, there’s plenty of places to play! Dogs are also allowed, so your pooch can come along for fun in the sun, as well! Utah Lake is the largest freshwater lake in Utah and does have some sandy beaches as well as some shallow water to play in.
