Do you own a WordPress and getting an error “Briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance. Check back in a minute” when you do a plugin or theme update but the message showing all time in your site.
If you want to fix this issue all you need to do is login to your Website cPanel and go to your Home Directory and there you will see a “.maintenance” file simply delete it and than preview your site.
Finally you are done.
