So here is the main reason why I moved to DreamHost. BigRock doesn’t provide more Bandwidth services to me even they don’t have other plans to purchase extra bandwidth for their users.They give me 150GB Bandwidth Per Month but I need more bandwidth to grow our site.
So I contacted to BigRock and they said they don’t give more Bandwidth because of Shared Web Hosting Environment. But they can provide a Reseller Hosting or VPS Hosting where you can purchase more Bandwidth.But at this time I don’t want to go for a VPS or Reseller Hosting and the main reason is Bandwidth Problem.

i recently purchased hosting from bigrock, cause i dont need much bandwidth. and yes their support service is excellent. dreamhost is too good for large websites with high traffic and too much content.

Yes! You are right our site is down for the last 3-4 days because of heavy traffic. Now I plan to move from Shared Hosting to a VPS Servers which means our site never be down even when we get a large number of traffic…
