We have been looking to make our wordpress blog mobile friendly but unfortunately its difficult either to change the default layout or intergrate adsense in one or the other above mentioned plugins.
Wp touch works well but there not too many options available in free version.May be we are going to buy the pro version which costs $49 for a single website license.

I installed wp-touch pro, but it does'nt work due to some fatal error. I think some free plugin uses their adds or links in theme which i didn't liked. Trying Wapple Architect Mobile Plugin, lets see whats waiting for me.

I have changed to MobilePress. Wapple architect was showing Banner of ti in the header and footer which i dont like. I want something simple that dont uses its links or any add. Thanks for reply.

I was using WP Mobile Pack but when they shut down the percent-mobile page it wasn't working. They may now have an update but those types of issues cause headaches I don't need. I found out about this by accident as well.
I switched over to WP Mobile Detector which has a nice feature to analyze your site's mobile compatibility. However, some problems are difficult to change on big sites but the results do help you clean up some issues like site cache.
Now, GOMobi, not a plugin, is using HostGator as a reseller. If you have a number of websites it's $4.95 each. I have asked, with no reply, if they have a bulk package.

Mobile press is good among all but It creates duplicate content on blog.
Any one is here facing duplicate content issue after using mobile press plugin.
