No one can say that the tech industry does not play by the young people. Many of them not only run the companies that put the world on their feet, but they’re also some of the richest individuals on the planet.
While some of the names most likely sound very familiar, others less in the spotlight. This does not mean, however, that their contributions are meaningless.
According to the list of Forbes youngest billionaires this year, many of the names come from the technology industry.
Dustin Moskovitz is a former roommate of Mark Zuckerberg, one of the people who helped to build Facebook. He had a 5 percent stake in the company, which puts his net worth at about $2.5 billion (€1.9 billion).
Mark Zuckerberg is on the list as well. The 29 – year – old is worth about $ 19 billion (€ 14.2 billion ), thanks to the empire built by Facebook.
Another name for Facebook, Sean Parker, worth about $ 2 billion (€ 1.5 billion ), which is more than can be said for some 99 percent of those aged 33 years.
Twitter Jack Dorsey is also on the Forbes list with a fortune of $ 1.3 billion ( €18.7 billion). At 36, he is one of the smaller technology executives in Silicon Valley.
Google’s Sergey Brin is 40 and has a net value of nearly 25 billion dollars (€18.7 billion). Last EXEC on the top of the list coming from Google Larry Page, who is the same age as Brin and about the same net worth.
Forbes put together a net value of each billionaire and issues an annual list of those who make it to the exclusive Forbes 400 list of America. Some of the members of the list, however, are more fortunate than others, as the magazine says, because they have talent, and money, and for many years for them to spend all that however they see fit.
