Hostgator one of the most popular and largest Web Hosting Company has been Sold To Endurance International Group (EIG) For $225 Million USD Dollars. This news comes from WHF Forum.Although this is also a Shocked news for me when I hear this news.

The Backbone of HostGator is Brent Oxley who is the Founder and Chairman of This Company. Hostgator Founded in the Year of 2002. HostGator was rapidly Growing fast since 2002 under the Supervision of Brent and till Now they have 350+ Employees.

CEO of Endurance International Group Mr. Hari Ravichandran Offered Brent Oxley $225 Millions USD for HostGator and Brent accepted this offer.
