Pune Warriors Team is one of the two new teams in IPL. Pune Warriors Team start playing from IPL 4th season. In last few months Team Pune Warriors was in news due to confusion between BCCI and Pune Warriors Management. After extensive negotiations with the BCCI resulted in the Team Pune Warriors back for the 5th edition of the IPL tournament.
Below is the list of Pune Warriors Team – IPL 5 2012 Team Profiles
Sourav Ganguly (Captain)

Ordinary young player can not help any IPL team to win trophy. Need very good batsman as well as very good bowler . In IPL 5 , performance of Pune team is found very poor after 4 / 5 matches . Experienced famous players in other teams are found more dedicated and they have taken more responsibility.
In a team game , Captain is not only reponsible for any win , other team members should show reponsibilty to win the match. In Pune team other players have been found in picnic mood. Because they are getting magic amount of money to maintain luxirious life.
In last 10 – 11 matches we have found players except captain and one or two players, have taken the game very lightly and their appearences show every time that they are very much willing to give the game to the opponent .
One important factor is the reason for maximum defeats which is as follows :-
It is strongly felt that Pune players , from wicker kipper , fielder , bowler , batsman , except captain and one / two players, have received a huge amount of black money from outside so that they have taken very active role for team's defeat .
So in the next year team to be selected more carefully . Maximum Current players including wicket kipper should not be in the team . Present captain can stay as player cum captain / mentor but other selection should be done on the basis of performance and experience in 50 overs oneday and T20 games in the last 4/5 years .
Young generation is no doubt good but experience and performance in national and international level should be main factor.
Thanks for taking time to write a long comment in this post.
