Direct Method:
Visit - Special:EmailUser page, which allow you to send a message or email to any user by typing their username.

Manual Method:
- Log in to your Wikipedia Account.
- Now go to the user profile which you want to send a message such as I choose Nikkimaria user.
- After visiting the user profile see left sidebar “Toolbox” widget there you will see a “E-mail this user” click on it.
- Finally type your message and click on “Send” Button and you are done.
