PRINCIPLES are simple yet powerful models that help us understand how the world works. BALANCING is nature’s creation. From one place to other, performers rush to work. Principles generate the same result each and every time – no matter where, when, or who uses them. Principles work when you work them. Principles are used in computers which send commands to perform. It performs what we send to it. Results will be that. It does not to say computer did it so it is wrong but what is let it to do that it performed whether it is right or wrong, result will be yours.

In the morning when we wake up, our foot does not ask where to put it, principally it happens and it goes to its direction where it is put. As direction is confirmed, our mind starts thinking to perform for results. You don’t ask any question where your foot is going. Here principal of gravity applies. Always it will put your foot on earth.

Lift is a process which discovers principles. Success can be yours – flow with the principles – a rapid progress will be at forth. Never fight with the principles, navigate with the principles for rapid results and progress.

Win or Lose
Likings for win or lose? Surely it should be WINNING;
If you argue with a group member, purpose would be any but bent upon to be more impressive while both knows it does not come out the way you wish it would, do not pretend to compromise while with holding your true feelings. Yield your position gracefully. Return to facilitating what is happening. It is not your business to be right or to win arguments. It is not your business to find the flaws in the other person’s position. It is not your position to feel belittled if the other person wins. It is your business to facilitate whatever is happening, win or lose. Because we are all one, there are no sides to take.

A study is conducted on the above pretext. “A” helps you at one extent. You become dependent upon him and in the course of time all decisions are taken by “A”. At a stage, a difference occurs and A stops assisting you. You had the yield to finish the job while you did at previous successfully, but here your dependency is becoming a hurdle before you to take any decision to move further. Your brain storming will stop thinking, your analytical ability will be partial and situation will become more critical. Now you have two roads to meet the success – one is to compromise with A and second is fight with the circumstances and win the game.
