As we know Google+ has given great features to people and those who are running their Blog/Website. So today I will share with you that how can we show Author Profile Picture Next To Google Search Results as seen in below screen.
Whenever you search any keyword in Google search results you will see many profile pictures or image thumbnails in search results, and this is a great way to attract visitors and increase website traffic. Below is a simple tutorial how to do it:-
How To Show Author Profile Picture Next To Google Search Results
Requirements:-
- A website or blog that you own.
- A Google Plus Account
- An About Me page on your blog. If you already have an about page where information about author is given then you need not worry. However if you don’t have an about page then you must create one now.
When you complete above steps than follow below steps:-
1. On your website at About Me Page add below link
<a href=”https://plus.google.com/GOOGLE+ ID“rel=”author” target=”_blank”> Add me on Google+</a>
Note:Do not remove rel=”author” else the tutorial won’t work
Now replace GOOGLE+ ID with your ID as given below image
Edit Add me on Google+ in any word which you had to like.
Example of author link on my blog:
I added this code rel=”author” code two times, in Header Section and in Google+ link Button as you see in above screen. Add only one link if its not working than add second rel=”author” code in About Me Page
You can also check out my author link rel=”author” by pressing key of CTRL+Shift+J in Chrome and in Firefox Press CTRL+Shift+K.
2.Next Open and edit your About Me Page than add below code in anywhere inside the page.
<a href=”https://plus.google.com/GOOGLE+ ID“rel=”me” target=”_blank”>My Google Profile</a>
Again replace the Google+ ID with your Profile ID. You can edit the text My Google Profile if you wish.
Example of “rel=”me” author link on my blog:
3.Now go to your Google+ Profile and click the “Edit Profile” Button.
Then click on “links” as seen in below screen:-
Add your Blog/Website Homepage URL and also the URL of your About Me page. You can also add your Facebook and twitter links if you wish.
Note: Don’t forget to add About Me Page Link and do not remove About Me page link after adding it in your G+ Profile.

Wow actually there are so many ways on how to add author profile on Google, mine is really different I have try it but it doesn't work o I do something different and unique.
