If you don’t want to show full content in your Feedburner feeds emails and want to add a Read More >> links simply follow the given below steps and your are done.
1.Log in to your Feedburner Account
2.Choose your Feedburner FEED TITLE, Now go to Optimize >> Summary Burner >> Now add numbers of words which you want to show in Feedburner emails. Like I add 200 words and add Read More >> in “Maximum Length” text field save your settings.
3.Finally you are done.

It's not a great solution because the "read more" button is not a link so users aren't clicking on to the site.
